I booked directly with the hotel, as I am learning nowadays that it makes the process slightly easier if there are any amendments to be made to the booking. Swift check-in, effective check-out I loved the family-friendly environment, and no one seemed to be bothered by the kids laughter and playing, which was kind of refreshing. Play area, huge garden, beautiful bird cage, smoking area outside. The room was lovely as well; it was a good size. We paid for an extra bed, and it was well worth it. Sadly, I had too much work to enjoy much, but my son seemed very happy, and that’s good enough for me. Similar to Roves’ hotel, with better room sizes. Great for short stays, good for business stays, and perfect for weekend gateaways. Run smoothly by someone who understands business. Self-parking and valet parking are available. Though it is very well maintained overall the hotel is showing its age with some of the decor and furnishings which is why the rooms only get 4* Location is a personal judgement, it was great for what I needed but maybe too far from the bright lights of Dubai is that is your reason for visiting the area. Wanted pool and beach access staff was very impolite and they kept looking me up and down and I told them that I am crew and I needed to do my laundry while being here. Cherry on top is that I asked if I had any discount and then they brought someone to see my company ID and he stood there impatiently asking to get it quickly and he said no after paying the full amount Im supposed to have 50 percent off .
