All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the services are always top notch. Alana, the owner, has been doing my hair for years so of course I followed her when she set up her own salon, but it exceeded even my expectations. Every detail has been considered – lovely coffee and biscuits whilst you are in the chair, a wonderfully soothing massage chair that reclines fully whilst your hair is being washed, every detail has been thought of it so the whole experience is a treat I always look forward to. In terms of technical abilities, Alana and her team are first rate – she always listens to what I want, advises honestly as to what will work and suit me, and I have always been thrilled with the outcome. Alana really care about her clients and goes above and beyond, often fitting me in at short notice. I haven’t tried out many of the beauty services yet but the beauty area looks fantastic and I know Alana will have chosen people who are highly skilled. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon as you will be in the safest of hands and have such a lovely experience there. |
