The staff is mostly friendly and welcome – the only problem with the staff I can have is when they cannot schedule the appointment because of the high workload – nothing is perfect. About my own experience- I visit here ENT specialist, Ophthalmologist, Orthopaetic specialist and Physiotherapist and I can say that I am satisfied with the service! You can find here any doctors and any procedures that you need – this is very important and convenient. This hospital has an Aster pharmacy inside which is also very convenient. I see that pharmacy is trying to improve their service, however, you still need to wait for your medicine around 30 mins – for me, personally, it is a bit challenging. Overall, I recommend you to visit this place, this is one of the best Hospitals in the UAE. |

At reception one guy seats he is ignorant and arrogant, this what i felt today, when i complain about door handle, the replied was, what should i do in that case and i have nothing to do with door handle , go and complain to my manager, then i asked where is your manager? And had words with manager he was kind, he take a note and agreed to cover with rubber, it was too HOT to touch door handle of main gate, in summer heat, steel handle is hot enough to hurn skin, usually black body temperature is 20+ than the actual temperature so now a days mercury is hitting 40+ so door handle is HOT around 60+ degreesall know that 1st poit of contact for customer will be them only People’ who sats on reception shall know that 1st point fo contact for customer is those who sats in reception he has things to do with it, he can’t arrogantly say that he has nothing to do with it See the result if complaint allhumdulillah |
