| 1: | Natasha: Chef signature serves some great Maharashtrian food along with some desi Indo Chinese flavours and North Indian food too. The best part of the restaurant is the hospitality and coupled with some home style comfort food, it was definitely a win win situation for us. Starting off with their refreshing lemon mint shots which was so good to taste. Then we tasted kothimbir wadi, misal Pav and vada pav, an apt set of appetisers hailing from Mumbai street food section. All were decent in taste but kothimbir vadi stood out for me and I loved the crunchy and moist interior of it. Vada pav was fresh, a bit spicy and was a good bite. Moving on, we got to taste a sumptuous and wholesome vegetarian Thali which was served with Bhakri(rice flour roti). Delicious, homely n comfort food. Last but not the least, modak n Shreekhand was the cherry on top of the delightful meal we savoured. Subtly sweet and so delectable and loved by one n all. | 2: | Ajit Indulkar: Visit to Blue Heron once again after its opening 2 years ago was another wonderful treat, great tasting Indian Chinese dishes with wide variety of flavours. It’s reasonably priced with smiling staff at service. Most of the food is freshly made and served so there is some time of waiting for some special dishes but then it’s worth waiting for. The starter Veg Mexican tikki was tasty, fish tikka and mutton seekh kababs liked by everyone. Honey potato in Chinese style was bit sweet for my palate. Their Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani was tasty and spicy flavoursome. Dal tadka with garlicky flavours along with wheat chapatis and garlic nan and tandoori rotis were awesome. Paneer butter masala was too sweet for my taste. From Chinese menu the mushroom sixty five was really tasty in tangy and spicy sauce with fresh chopped garlics, paneer manchurian too was great in taste. Bamboo pot rice was something new I ever tried and it was tasty along with veg Thai curry, which also I felt too sweet for me, but it did have all the Thai curry flavours. All in all it was a great meal and surely worth visiting. |

The ambience and interiors are very beautiful with meticulous attention to detail and the it has probably the only terraced restaurant in that area of Sharjah.
