I love how the quality of their food is still as good as it was when they opened. If your looking for an authentic Shami Food, Scala is the place to come. The only negative thing about this place is their “Muhammara” 😭. It’s the only thing that I didn’t like eating here (personal preference). The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. Fries hard and cold, chicken tasted old and rewarded, fish and chips became fish and salad, portions were smaller, waiters were inattentive and rushed even though there weren’t many people dining, music didn’t start at 9. Please stop saying the burger meat is wagu because it’s totally not. They even surprised us by presenting a special song, dessert, and drink to celebrate our anniversary! The brunch was delicious! It’s a 5-course set menu that includes more than enough delectable dishes to enjoy! After the 3rd course, we were full! The dynamic team was kind enough to let us take the remaining courses with us to go. What a professional, attentive, friendly team Pacos has! Our server Shayadev was really kind and attentive. The friendly, professional bartender, Sheeden, is the most talented mixologist! He went above and beyond to ensure each of our beverages was to our liking. Chef Asab has major skills.
