They handcraft their own buns and any other flour related salty or sweet meals. We enjoyed their home made meat burger or one of their many vegetarian versions with the scrambled eggs. I have already been there for breakfast and tried the croissants and now for lunch. I believe that Atelier BLG has something for everyone. If you’re in the area, you absolutely must give it a try!
