I’m sure the management is composed of a bunch of inexperienced people who do not know how to run a big hospital like this. I had an appointment with ENT in the morning and now it’s been around 40 minutes up and the secretary who will do the registration is not here. The ENT specialists is waiting inside his office for the patients but he cannot see them because the secretary has not come yet to register the patients. The poor doctor has called the management several times but the management looks like still sleeping. Update: Yesterday I had a meeting with the personnel of Burjeel Royal Hospital, they apologized and assured me that they’re continuously working to improve their services. I believe them and gave my suggestions on how they could have prevented from such a scenario in the first place. |

| 1: | Roberto Manansala: I visited the hospital the attending doctor was excellent as well as the nurses, my problem is the ophthalmologist who conducted an eye test he was talking like murmuring his words so I can’t understand, I had no idea what he was doing only then I realize that he was conducting a vision test, after the test I advise him as a fellow medical practitioner he should always tell the patient what he plans to do and professionally conduct himself, he got angry and boasted that his been doing this for 40 years professionally, wherein I cannot see any professionalism in him. Anyway my total experience was great thanks to the doctors and staff of Hospital. |

I want to say thank you to Eric the nurse on first floor and his colleague the two indian nurses they are so helpful and kind… but there are 3 nurses that only so so so…. ( not so approachable 😞) in the morning there is one lady who enter the room and checked on the patient, i have no idea who is she, when i asked on the reception she is the supervisor of the hospital. I can say that she is the best, thank you Dear supervisor for checking on the patient. After surgery the Anesthesiologist he was so good, he checked on the patient twice around 12:30 and around 4pm to make sure that the patient is doing well. And around 6pm the Surgeon came and talked to us… Dr John Suresh is an amazing doctor. It was very good experience today. I was disappointed by the long wait times at the hospital’s pharmacy. I had to wait for over an hour to receive my medication, which was frustrating. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to consider going to a pharmacy outside the hospital to save time. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hospital for its competent doctors and high-quality care. |
