While we did not expect to pay to use this part of the beach, through the day, we felt, on balance, it was worthwhile. Between 2 families, we used the spa, changing facilities, the private beach of course (which my friends said was akin to the Maldives) and ordered in lunch – very good quality. Staff were great to be honest and with a balance of background music early morning to DJ throwing some classics, it created a great atmosphere and certainly a place I would consider staying should I look for a couples holiday. |

They play it so loud that it attacks you. The volume gets turned up during the day and from 2pm you cannot even converse with people next to you. We asked them to turn it down several times but clearly this was their day plan. This place attracts all sorts, families, couples, people wanting a good time. I disagree with trying to make it a hard party vibe. It always was amazing as a place of tranquility, beauty, luxury and peace. Please can we go back to those days. Chilled beats that add to the atmosphere but not have the volume where the music just takes over everything. |

People can swim in shallow waters and the beach is monitored by life guards stationed at every 50 mts. There is kids play section in the garden area. There is a facility to play beach football and volleyball. What attracted my attention was the Reflexology pathway which is a semi circular section of walkway with pebbles half embedded in ground and half projecting out. Walking over these pebbles with barefeet stimulates your nerve endings and rejuvenate various body organs. I enjoyed the reflexology walk over the pebbles. There is ample parking area in front of the beach. You get to see a very beautiful view of the suspension bridge from the beach. |

| 1: | Joshua Taylor: Kai Beach is Beautiful. It was so clean and peaceful and a great way to spend the day, but personally, I wouldn’t go back. It’s a little pricey considering there are a lot of free beaches that are also clean with beautiful views. It costed AED105 per person. Also the site says you can’t bring in your own food or drinks, but when trying to order food from their 1 food stall on site 60% of the stuff is unavailable and there’s a queue of people waiting. Lastly they don’t provide towels so remember to take your own. |

Food is not allowed inside unless your ordering from their menu. Toilets and shower area are so disappointing, very small and not convenient at all. |

It is the cheapest option of you want to spend the day in the area but be aware that with the entrance fee you only get a sun lounger and an umbrella. NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED and neither you can rent them there. That’s the biggest problem and nowhere in their ads or website warns you about this. Food menu is limited but reasonably priced and they should definitely make wooden paths in the area where the sun loungers are like any proper beach club otherwise you burn the hell out of your feet and the way to the sea is not so close. Like in most places in Dubai and Abu Dhabi they overcharge and they lack details (like towels or wooden paths) for a more comfortable experience. |
