Great views and fantastic facilities including three swimming pools, gyms, spa, playground, tennis and basketball courts etc. Connected by a climate controlled bridge to Boutik Mall and with a huge Burjeel daycare center attached, it is really an enjoyable place to live. The fire drills, or the occasional fire alarms are truly painful because the elevators get locked and if you live on a high floor, the stairs to reach the ground floor are endless. |

| 1: | Jasir Jaleel: This building has a great view of the surrounding sea and hence the name. The balcony view is drool worthy n its windy even when there is slight dip in temperature. Compared to the surrounding buildings in the locality, the rent is a lil lesser n thus, u can find maximum tenants here. U have dedicated parking slots wit parking for visitors too. Bicycles can b parked in the parking area outside the corridor. There r 2 swimming pools in the first floor, 1 normal n the other 4 kids. The pool is of medium size. A kids play area is also here, along with a strolling n resting area. There is also a gym room with all d necessary equipments. The entrance is simple, yet elegant. I stayed in d 2 bhk apartment of this building. The kitchen is closed, the hall is reasonably spacious n 1 room is big. There other is of a small size. The big advantage is u have 3 toilets. On the downside, privacy is an issue as u can hear ur neighbours when u r in d balcony. Kids cannot play in the corridor. |
